目(mu)前(qian)現有的(de)(de)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)砂(sha)產(chan)品線(xian),都采(cai)用(yong)(yong)濕(shi)法生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),成品砂(sha)經(jing)洗砂(sha)機后含水量較高,細砂(sha)(0.16mm以下顆粒)流失嚴(yan)重,有的(de)(de)甚至流失20%以上(shang),這不(bu)但損失嚴(yan)重,而且還(huan)嚴(yan)重影(ying)響砂(sha)子的(de)(de)級配(pei),造(zao)(zao)成級配(pei)不(bu)合理,細度(du)模(mo)數(shu)偏粗,大大降低了機制(zhi)砂(sha)的(de)(de)產(chan)品質量,過多(duo)的(de)(de)細沙排(pai)放,還(huan)會(hui)造(zao)(zao)成環境污(wu)染。隨著環境的(de)(de)日益惡劣,各地(di)對排(pai)污(wu)行為(wei)加大了監管(guan)力(li)度(du),以及基礎建設加快造(zao)(zao)成的(de)(de)砂(sha)石需求的(de)(de)加大,一體(ti)機廣泛運用(yong)(yong)于水電站砂(sha)石骨科加工(gong)(gong)(gong)系統、玻(bo)璃原材料加工(gong)(gong)(gong)系統、人工(gong)(gong)(gong)制(zhi)砂(sha)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)、選(xuan)煤廠粗泥煤的(de)(de)回收(shou)及環保工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(泥漿凈化(hua))等成品砂(sha)的(de)(de)脫水及細砂(sha)回收(shou)。
